"Tax fairness is a moral, ethical question, not just an intellectual, economic question"

-Marc Kaufman for Science & Spirit Magazine

A conservative Christian law professor has been wondering why there's been so much opposition to making the taxes more equitable. She has written extensively on the subject, drawing a moral equivalence between the bible and ensuring taxes do not oppress the poor. So, the illustration idea borrows the parable of 'Jesus and the Money Changers'

Draw Your Own Conclusion

Pen. Ink. Oils. Pixels. Vectors. Nevermind. The concept is the most important quality of these editorial illustrations.

Each was created to augment an article or column. Except for the shark painting, which cannot stop swimming or it will die.

Deadline Dancing

These illustrations were made under strict deadlines with accompanying budget concerns. But there is fun in every one.
